docker-compose.yml lives at the repo root. Run these from there:
make docker-up # db, temporal, app, worker
make docker-down
make docker-logs
make stack-up # adds prometheus, grafana, cadvisor
make stack-down

app and worker mount apps/api/app for hot reload and read
apps/api/.env.<APP_ENV>.
To use a Supabase database instead of the Compose db, set POSTGRES_* (or
DOCKER_POSTGRES_HOST) in the env file to the Supabase session pooler.
